Check-In Luggage Issue:
I arrived at the airport three hours early as recommended on my flight day. The check-in luggage process was below my expectations. There were long lines and only a few counters were open. It took an hour to reach to the counter. There are some issues in their system and it was working slowly. The problem continued when I tried to check in my luggage.
My luggage was like 1 to 2 kg more than the allowed limit. The staff refused to check in my luggage because of overweight. I requested him to do me a favor because I was traveling with my family. He said no and he disappointed me.

Flight Delayed Two Hours
I was shocked to find that there was another delay once I reached the boarding gate. There was no clear explanation and the ground staff provided less information. The flight was delayed for two hours. Passengers were left to wait for late updates or communication from the airline. The lack of transparency was extremely disappointing to me.
The process was disorganized when it was finally time to board. Families with small children and elderly passengers were not given priority. It was shocking for many passengers like me. People were pushing to get on the plane. The gate staff did nothing to handle the situation which created a unlike atmosphere. I was exhausted when I reached my seat.

Uncomfortable Seat for Me
The seat in the economy class was lower than my expectations. The seat itself was cramped with very little legroom. I had specially selected a Qatar Airways economy class seat with extra legroom during booking but it was not given as limited seats. Although Qatar Airways Economy Class Ticket was not expensive but I selected the seat with few pounds. When I asked the flight attendant for assistance, she said nothing could be done now. I felt disappointed at that moment.
The inflight entertainment system was another disappointment for me. The touch screen was irresponsive due to a system error. I spent most of the flight without entertainment which made the long journey even more unbearable.

Unresponsive Attitude from Crews
Meal service was very slow. I had requested a vegetarian meal during booking but I was served a different option. I had no choice but to eat what was served. This attention and customer care were unbearable. The cabin crews were very slow because that Qatar Airways flight was full.
The cabin crew was generally inattentive during the whole flight. They rarely checked on passengers and seemed disinterested in providing good service. It took them 15 minutes to respond when I pressed the call button. This care and professionalism were unacceptable for an airline that claims to be five-star.

Flight Landed Late
I had to catch up my connecting flight at Doha airport. The flight landed late at the airport and I had to wait longer for the next connecting flight to my destination. But the one good thing about Qatar Airways is that the layover facilities were excellent. I enjoyed the layover time at the airport.
The food and amenities at the airport were nice. I waited around 5 to 6 hours for my next flight. The final blow came when I discovered that my luggage was missing upon arrival. I reported it to the baggage claim but thankfully I received my luggage. I received it after two hours and customer service at that point was good.

My journey with Qatar Airways economy class was the worst I have had with any other airline. My entire journey was interrupted by problems. I hope that Qatar Airways takes these issues seriously and improves its services in the future.
